1. Dye Penetrant Testing Kit (DPT Kit)

Also known as Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI), this method is used to detect surface-breaking cracks, porosity, pinholes, and discontinuities on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Kit Includes:

  • Cleaner / Remover Spray
  • Visible Dye Penetrant Spray
  • Developer Spray

Key Features:

  • Bright red or fluorescent dye options
  • Quick inspection — develop results within 10–20 mins
  • Suitable for rough, machined, or smooth surfaces
  • Available in aerosol cans (400ml each) and bulk packaging

2. Magnetic Particle Inspection Kit (MPI Kit)

Used to detect surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials using magnetic fields and iron particles.

Kit Includes:

  • Magnetic Yoke (AC or AC/DC)
  • White Contrast Paint
  • Black or Fluorescent Magnetic Particles (Wet/Dry)
  • Cleaner Spray
  • Carry Case (optional)

  • Detects cracks, seams, laps, shrinkage, and inclusions
