  • E7016 – Low hydrogen for vertical and overhead welding
  • E7014 – Iron powder type for higher deposition

2. Flux Cored Wire (FCAW)

  • E71T-1M – Mild steel, mixed gas shielding
  • E71T-GS – Self-shielded, all-position
  • E70T-1 – High deposition rate for mild steel

  • E91T1-K2C – Low alloy, low-temperature impact
  • E110T5-K4M – High strength structural steel
  • E316LT1-1 – Stainless steel, corrosion resistant

3. MIG Filler Wire (GMAW)

  • ER70S-6 – High deoxidizers, for rusty/oily surfaces
  • ER70S-3 – Clean surface welding
  • ER80S-D2 – Low alloy, high strength
  • ER90S-B3 – For Cr-Mo steels
  • ER100S-G – High tensile strength

Stainless Steel:

  • ER308L – General-purpose stainless steel
  • ER308LSi – Higher silicon for better wetting
  • ER309L – Dissimilar stainless to carbon welding

  • ER316LSi – Higher silicon version

4. TIG Filler Wire (GTAW)

TIG Filler Rods offer precise control for high-quality welds with minimal spatter, making them ideal for stainless, alloy, and non-ferrous metals.

5. SAW Welding Wire

Solid wire used in Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) systems for deep penetration, high-speed welding.

  • EM12 – Mild steel
  • EM12K – Mild steel with added manganese and silicon
  • EA1 – Low alloy structural welding
  • EA2 – Enhanced low-temperature impact toughness
  • EL8 – Carbon steel wire for structural steel

6. SAW Flux

Granular flux used with SAW wire to shield and control the weld pool, improving weld chemistry and bead quality.
